AKA Assisted Claims

Having built the AKA website, Pogo's expertise was called upon to develop a marketing strategy to increase the number of visiting users.

To do this, we were going to have to increase their web visibility, so working in conjunction with natural search we created a number of Google ads which operated on two levels for both broad and more specific terms. The approach led to a 50% increase in enquiries. But of course we also wanted to put that traffic to best use for our client, so we integrated Google Analytics to assess user trends from the Pay Per Click campaigns, and set up goals to monitor keyword conversion rates.

Using this approach we were able to discover which keywords were creating the most traffic and customer enquiries as opposed to those with a high bounce rate. We reorganised the campaigns to make them more cost effective, removed the low performing keyword terms, and optimised the website using our knowledge of search engines.

The site has grown over the last year, accounting for 30% of the company's revenue, and is just another of our proud success stories at Pogo.
