The Housing Corporation report and accounts

After a 3-way pitch Pogo were appointed to design and produce The Housing Corporation's Annual Report and Accounts.

The Housing Corporation is the national Government agency that funds new affordable housing and regulates housing associations in England.
They have offices throughout England, although currently do not work in Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales. Their investment and regulations are carried out by their offices covering five areas of the country:
Central, London, North, South, East and South West.

Our design reflected the many developments the Housing Corporation have provided communities around the UK, and the affects they have on the people who live there. The 120 page document is bright and vibrant, with interesting case studies and well designed accounts pages.
